Hi everyone,
Please share your experience regarding the status of your application after successful interview and verbal intent to offer (when recruiter told you that the interview went well and the company would prepare an offer)?
Thanks.

I think it depends of some factors. Expatriate advisors contact me by first days of October, some documents were requested, some forms to fill up and sign. The offer came by end of November. That took 7 weeks until offer submitted. Probably there should be some case to case factors. Good luck! best regards.

Pierrefuly, thanks for the information. Did you check the status of your online application before you received the offer?

whatsup123 There was an email by the onboarding portal requesting some docs so an offer could be place. During all the time they requested me the docs, there was always an info that "It´s not guarantee that an offer will be made". Thank , it was!!!

But what was the status of your online application during the waiting period? I mean “In Process” or “We will contact you asap to discuss our offer for you” or “Thank you for participation in the interview” or “Not translated in selected language”?

whatsup123 I think my case was a little bit different because I had the interview by May. At that time, I received a feedback of "back up candidate" it means I was approved but I was in a back up situation for other same opportunities. And in October new vacanies were opened and they started my hiring process. Back in May, I received in a week the feedback that "You are in back up position". best regards

Have you contacted a recruiter? Yes I did after two weeks and the recruiter told me that no feedback received from hiring managers yet and he said that he will contact with me once they receive feedback from hiring managers.

It means that no decision has been made yet. At least you haven’t been rejected so far which is a good sign.

Hi, i am new to this forum and must say that there is a lot of helpful information.
I was interviewed in mid October for a non-engineering role. The interview went really well with positive closure, but haven’t heard back since then. There is radio silence and my recruiter says she doesn’t have any update as yet from the KSA. Just wanted to know if there is anyone else in the same boat. Is it good to assume that i didn’t make through to next steps in the hiring process?
PS. I didn’t apply online, rather got contacted by the recruiter through linkedin. So can’t keep a track of application status.

The recruiter will let you know about the results for sure, until then you should be positive, because the fact that you are not notified yet means that you are not rejected and still under consideration.

Agreed my wife interviewed back later part of Oct and felt the interview went really well but still has status, “Congrats, you have been selected for interview”. She reached out to recruiter after 5 weeks or so and was told, “Not a no yet but neither a yes”. So the wait continues. I was hired on Oct 31st and here. My wife is still in USA working hoping to get hired on w/ Aramco too. Additionally, she was told tons of new requisitions will open up in 2023 in case she doesn’t receive an offer on her current application.

If something will come, it comes.
