Hi,
I am now in salary negotiation stage ( yay! )
I have two kids, an 8 year old who will be joining me in KSA and a 14 year old who has decided he wants to stay and not join me. If he changes his mind, is it easy with Aramaco to add him as a dependant?

Nothing is “easy” with Aramco, but it’s possible. You can get him added as a dependent but you’ll have the usual government and aramco red tape to jump through. You’ll also need to consider that he may only have 1 year of schooling on camp here before you’ll need to consider your options.
