Hi, I am Australian engineer on family status, supposed to move shortly to KSA and my wife will be following me later.
Can you please let me know what documents are important to be with me in KSA (original/certified copies) so that I bring it over with me from home?
TIA

Original marraige and birth certificates of you and your dependents, your education/professional qualification, original drivers license (if you plan to drive) are the main things you'll need. Discuss with your RA to have these attested prior to travelling to Kingdom, saves alot of time and speeds up the family visa (yellow slip) process.

You should get a guide from your RA with what you need to have on you. Please check because the originals might be needed by your family for the visa application. In my case I brought only copies with me. Good luck.

Hi, Was your marriage certificate needed to be attested in your home country prior to arrival in KSA?

Speak to your RA about it.
