Job le on visa work request

Hi
Can anyone explain what should I expect if my visa le is different than my job le.
I’m an engineer and my employment agreement stated that I’m an Engineer but the visa request that was sent to the embassy have selected a “service management specialist “ le for me.
Houston said its ok because these les are selected by MOFA not Aramco. I read somewhere that it will cause me many hiccups along the way including delays to my family iqama application, etc
Can anyone advise.
