Is anyone facing visa le delays?
I'm waiting for my visa le for more than 4 months (female). The most recent update (2 weeks ago) from the RA was that the visa le has been released, but not activated, not sure what does that mean.
Has anyone heard about any recent new government rules/ laws / changes which might be affecting visa le release?

I haven’t heard anyone having major visa delays. What country you coming from? I'm from Canada (finance role). Not sure if I'm the only one having visa issues at the moment or there are other females and/or males as well. |

Has nothing to do w/ your visa delay, but what finance dept area are you being hired into, if you don’t mind me asking?
I supposedly I have an offer coming for a P&PM Specialist for the Planning & Performance Management Dept, which is part of the Fin org.

My RA said it usually takes longer time for female visa block and they can’t control the timing as this is related to the embassy. |
