Whats EAP; how can we get EAP? Do we have to pay for in compound schools? If our child is attending in compound school; do we still get EAP. It says ıt is up to 2x inside the SA; what means “up to” Is there a age limit ?
Lots of questions but ı could not find any answer

I believe it stands for Educational Assistance Program. Aramco provides tuition assistance for dependents at grades 10 to 12 in US standards, which is approx ages 16 to 18.
Aramco have schools on its respective compounds for grades K to 9 grade or ages from ~5 to 15 but nothing higher. There is no charge for attending Aramco schools but the company provides up to 90% of cost of attending a boarding school or local international schools near Dhahran. I believe the asst maxes out at $48K per year.

Yes, but your child must be accepted by Saudi Aramco Expatriate Schools (SAES) in order to attend , which is based on grade reports and whatever standardized testing the child may have taken from prior schooling.

Obviously, there would be no required prior grade reports or testing, if a child is not school age yet.
You would just registered him for kindergarten or first yr, if you there when he turns school age.

NP, the reason for the prior grade reports and testing for school age dependents is not a compeive thing but just to make sure the child has no significant learning differences/challenges. The SA Schools are good but don't have the resourses to support children with significant learning disabilities (i.e. down syndrome, autism, severe dyslexia, etc.).
