The phrasing on my offer letter makes it pretty clear that getting my junior high kid educated is Aramco's problem, but getting the 10th grader educated is my problem. Generally, how much space is available at ASD for kids, probably arriving January, given that I am still in negotiations? I've reached out to ASD and am learning that their administration is as unhelpful as most of those in our school district in the US.
Also, what sorts of classes are available at SAES? They note that GT courses aren't offered, but are there any provisions for advanced classes? The 7th grader will be halfway through Algebra and I'd hate to have him have to repeat it in 8th grade.

SAES has always had the option for advanced students to complete Algebra 1 in grade 7, though I'm not sure if that's still in place. ASD (known in Aramco as Dhahran Academy, or just the "Academy," because of its old name) is a great school. They are moving to a new campus further away, and while this campus is definitely state-of-the-art, it's smaller and more compact, which probably means less seats. I assure you, compeion for seats in the Academy nowadays is much more relaxed than it used to be because many expats have left, so less seats shouldn't be a big problem.
The Academy (ASD) is pretty accustomed to students arriving mid-year so that shouldn't be a problem. High school students arriving from the US generally do not require attestations that other students need. The Academy has a huge, huge, huge Aramco community and there are buses to the campus.
The ISG District does not handle admissions. You must apply through the Academy's OpenApply system and submit documents. Clearly indicate that your children will be attending from Aramco when prompted.
For your younger one, Aramco transfers to ASD are usually pretty smooth as he will have lots of friends moving with him. You may have the option to send your older one to a boarding school anywhere in the world, of which fees are covered by Aramco up to a certain amount.
