Hi I am new hire and I plan to be travling many times per year me and my wife.
Now Do I need to have both Iqama and multientry visa or just Iqama will be enough for both of us to travel overseas anytime per year?
What aramco is covering? and please also advise the cost. TIA

You will need multi-entry visa to travel. Dependant Iqama fee is 4800 SAR/ year and Multi entry visa is 2300 SAR/year.
I believe Aramco only covers employee Iqama fee, rest is on your own dime.

If I am traveling two times per year, is it cheaper to get single entry visa everytime I am leaving KSA? it is really complicated system as I don't understand why do I need visa to enter saudi while I am already resident!

A question on the permitted travel arrangements, we as a family would want to travel more frequently, especially with easy access to Bahrain (makes sense to get multi-entry), the contract says that the repatriation trip/annual leave is only after the first year...what about travelling somewhere before then, what and how is one restricted?

The repatriation trip restriction is only for the money they give you for the trip. You and your family can travel all you want but for the repatriation trip "claim" which will you be paid $$$... you only get that after 12 months.

Can you please advise cost of single entry visa if I travel outside saudi for one time (i.e. visit Bahrain)?

Single visa is 200SAR for 2 months plus 100 SAR for each additional month duration. Multi Visa is 500 SAR for 3 months, with 200 SAR for each additional month.
Visa must be used within 90 days if issue, and duration starts from your date of initial exit.
Aramco will provide cash payment on repat of only 1 single for each member of family - any more is your cost.

Thanks, When you say 500SAR for 3 month, you mean the visa is valid for several entries within 3 month or this 3 month is the max stay outside KSA? I belive Iqama get renewed every year, so can you tell me the Multi entry visa (500 SAR) is it renewed each year too?

500 SAR for 3 month visa, 700 Sar for 4, etc up to a max of 12 months. When you leave on the initial visa trip then the duration starts counting down.
As tp single or multiple trips on multivisa - whatever you wish, but need to return before it expires.
