Out of curiosity, what has been the highest USD compensation you've heard of for GC14? (I think that's the one tier below management).
And how about for GC15?
I'm either going to be GC14 or 15 and heard there's a significant difference between the two?
I submitted my compensation details a few months ago and recently got a crazy good offer from another company here in the US that is 35% better. I think Aramco might be able to slightly beat my initial details, but not sure if they can match my new offer.
