Thank for letting me join the group. I found it very informative.
Can I ask if there is salary increment every year or just the bonus? I asked this question to my RA but could not understand what she meant. In my current role we have yearly increment and a separate bonus. The impression I got is bonus and increment is same thing at Aramco.

The offer letter actually states “guaranteed bonuses & pay increases”?
I don’t know of any company that guarantees short-term incentives (STI) or yearly cash bonuses and yearly raises. If oil drops to $40 per bbl, do you think Aramco will be paying out cash bonus and handing out raises?
More than likely you’ll a receive bonus and maybe yearly modest merit increases as long as the company and you perform well, but as swan said “no guarantee”.

If the company is doing well then there will be raises and bonuses… if the company isnt doing as well as they expected then you might not get a raise or a bonus. Same anywhere you work |

Can anyone please advise what month Aramco pay bonus and what month employees receive the annual increase?

Bonus comes in March. You won’t get one until March 2024 if you join now. Have to be employed at beginning of March of that year to receive.
The increment is agreed at year end and applies from the July payroll. None of this is guaranteed btw and do not factor into your offer.
