Greetings,
Thanks for letting me in this forum.,
I was interviewed for a positon in Dhahran, I am Indian currently working in UAE and have Master degree with 16 years of Experience.
What would be the suitable grade, Engineer level and basic salary i can expect or i can ask for.

Based on the information you provided, I say the GC they may offer would be from a GC12 to GC15 with a base salary range from $90K to $150K in USD equivalency.

According to this criteria ( base salary to current salary); ıt is very very unlikely that Aramco can find Engineers from low salary countries.

What country you from? I believe GC salaries varies based on your country passport, so hard to say. If you hold an US passport, my guesstimate for GC 12 base would be $90K to $130K. I also believe there is some overlap in GC 12 to 15 base salary ranges.

Does Aramco match base salary of current employer? I am US citizen working for US Integrated oil company with 16 years of experience. My employer also has locations in KSA and they offer premium of 45% plus 20% living adjustment. I read Aramco overbase is 40% plus 20% living adjustment so pretty close; is Aramco overbase same percentage for US payroll employees or can be lower?
