o Folks
I have accepted an offer recently and I've just completed all document submission to my RO.
Regarding the medical test at JHAH for Iqama, is the PPD (Skin TB test) required during the Iqama medical test at JHAH in Saudi? I'm bit worry about this test as I had BCG vaccine 30yrs ago but I have never had this skin TB test previously. (In my country, X-ray test is normal for TB screen)
appreciate it if anyone could answer to this question.
thanks

The skin test will be fine if you've had the BCG. Yes, ut will react, but nothing like the reaction if you have actual TB. My son had to do this for school entry, having had the BCG as a child, and it was fine. Due to area, none of the rest of us required it, and it was only for an individual off camp school (we were in the batch of expats where housing was restricted, not the caee now).

It depends on where you are coming from, I think. For us, it was one particular school that required a negative test before arrival. We did it in the UK.

Hi
Wanted to check if Aramco requires skin test for TB after resignation from current company? Noting in some cases skin test comes positive… seems like a huge risk - having Aramco offer resined after resignation
Thanks
