Hi
I have a 17 years old daughter who is autistic and is in year 1 in college after completing high school, (although she was not able to do GCSEs, so did some BTechs). What are the educational opportunities for her, if we move to Dhahran as a family for Aramco job which is under process. Do we have any special school or college which is suitable for 17+ to say upto 21 years olds close to Dhahran camp?
Many thanks

Honestly, unless there have been massive changes in the past few years, I wouldn't expect your daughters needs to be met in kingdom. I would be looking at either single status for you, with the family at home, or a residential school for your daughter. Please research carefully before relocating your daughter.

Many Thanks Swan. I am considering both options. Have talked to a couple of schools, and you mentioned, not convinced so far in moving my family. The last hope is ACCE (AJYAL), lets see what do they say. Apparently this is a new establishment in collaboration with ARAMCO.

Hi, my name is Ana. My son is 4 and is on the spectrum too. He will start in ACCEL around September time. The whole process with ACCEL for us was very good, we kept in touch via phone first and then via WHATSAPP. I believe they are very likely to offer your daughter a place. I would always give them a call, as this is a requirement for the visa application to move to KSA.
