I recently interviewed for a role and my status on the careers profile now says “thank you for participating in our interview process”
Any idea what this means?

Prob a courteous auto response set in place after interviewing. Prob no feedback or decision about moving forward or not yet. You can always reach out to the recruiter to see if he or she has any updates regarding the results of your interview & application.

Question please - when is a reasonable time to expect to get a response from the recruitment advisor regarding an interview? Or maybe my question should be, in people's experiences, when do you hear back from the recruitment advisor regarding an interview?

Or maybe my question should be, in people's experiences, when do you hear back from the recruitment advisor regarding an interview? So I heard back that I was considered TQ/Technically Qualified for the role I interviewed for within 3 weeks of my interview. After 3 months I received a request from London HR to complete some paperwork and submit my payslips. Then 5 months after interview I received an email saying my offer workflow was approved and received an official offer 2 days later. So it was a long process to get to that point, but after that it went quick. I could have been in Kingdom within 3 months of offer but needed to delay it slightly. All in from applying for the position to flying to Kingdom was nearly 12 months, and my family joined me 8 weeks after that.

I believe it’s reasonable to inquire w/ recruiter two weeks after interview, if u haven’t heard anything.

o All,
I have a few questions please...
1. Any suggestions on what to do if the recruiter is not responding at all? Like after 6 weeks of the interview. I have sent two emails now to check progress but no response at all. No acknowledgement of email or anything. Is this normal? I believe the interview went very well and no concerns at all on my responses or the interviewers feedback during the interview. Interview was at Aramco offices in Houston and interviewers from Saudi Head offices
2. Is it advisable to call using the regular number on the internet or this will be too much and be counter productive?
3. When is a reasonable time to assume the interview is not successful and move on?
Thanks

Move on w/ your life. I know it’s frustrating for the long radio silence after you felt the interview went well but that’s the Aramco process. It can d on for months before you get final resolution.
When the recruiter hears from Saudi they will let you know until then they will have no updates for you.

The process takes and age and just isn't as efficient as recruitment at a normal company. It's also a sign of things to come, waiting, delay, prevarication, are part of KSA culture.
If you keep asking you'll be seen as impatient. Just wait - believe me, if they want you, they will let you know.

Yes, search threads. This has been discussed to exhaustion. Just means recruiter has fwd your application to HR at Saudi Aramco for consideration.

My application status is "thank you for participating in our interview process" What does it mean? It means they are reviewing the interviews. My status stayed like this until I accepted the offer.
