Aramco school follows an American curriculum upto grade 9, I think. Then kids who are still in kingdom for to ISG for high school. I think Dhahran High (part of ISG, may be branded as Americuan School now) has an IB diploma option. British curriculum can be found at DBS (part of ISG) and BISAK. All GCSE and A level I think. PYP and MYP is available at IPS in Eurovillage. Do your homework and research if that is your preferred route.

Dhahran Academy/Dhahran High/American School Dhahran (different names for the same school) is the primary high school you'll see Aramcons from the Aramco expatriate school attending if they choose not to go to boarding school. American School Dhahran is the current name, ASD.
ASD offers an American curriculum and the IB Diploma Program (not the Middle Years or Primary Programs). Students can choose but the IB Diploma Program has a separate application that you can access at the end of grade 10 and once you're admitted to ASD. Even students within the ISG District must first be admitted to ASD to apply to the IB Diploma Program. The American and IB programs are both excellent.
If you're not American and coming from Dubai, ASD Admissions might ask you to get your report cards attested from UAE MOFAIC and the Saudi Consulate in Dubai.
Other schools in the Greater Dammam Area include ISG Dammam (American program only), International Programs School (there is IB PYP and IB DP, I think they offer the American curriculum in place of the years for IB MYP), British International School Al Khobar, British School Dhahran, and Rowad Al Khaleej International.
