Hi All,
I had a interview about two months ago and was told I will be offered a position. I have been waiting for about 6 weeks.
I was asked to submit my current renumeration package, including base, bonus and other benefits, as well as my academic records.
While I know that SA does have its own way calculating how much they should offer to get a talent on board, it has not been clear to me whether they will at least match my current pay level.
What should I expect to be offered for 22+ years in the exploration industry with a PhD in geophysics? BTW, I am currently working in Houston.
