Hi All, can anyone who has recently joined and already in KSA advice about how much is the cash in Lieu amount exactly for a person with family status offer , I mean what is the basis for it’s calculation ( I heard like point of origin/ geographical location are being considered ) , appreciate feedback thanks.

So as you say there are a number of factors,
Country of origin, status (bachelor, family) and number of dependents all play a role in calculating the cash in lieu payment.
My RA gave me a rough estimate prior to departing, definitely worth asking yours.
