Hi Guys
Anyone can help me with some information regarding the visa-work permit of KSA for Aramco applicants.
I share with you my application timeline as follows:
Feb. 2021: First Application
April 2021: Phone Interview
May 2021: Vedio Interview
August 2021: Offer is made and accepted, expected starting date was end of Dec. 2021
September 2021: BI
End of October. 2021: Medical test
Since Nov. 2021 until today (2nd week of Feb. 2022): waiting for visa (work permit from KSA). Accordig to the HR, contact office in London, the relocation advisor assured me that it might take that long sometimes.
Is any of you guys having the same experience as mine, at least those who are in Western Europe, and their papers are to be organized by the London office.
I am quite thankful for any input
Cheers
I also have similar timelines. You mentioned Nov 2021 to till date as waiting for VISA, I'm not sure what is this waiting time is. As per my experience, there are few steps which are not mentioned in your post:
Legalization of documents - This happens simultaneously with BI and Medicals - Did you finish legalization of documents?
One more step which is not in your hands is - Offer letter attested by Saudi Ministry of Labor and Saudi Chamber of Commerce. In my case this came on January 10 where as conditional offer received on December 1st. You need this one for legalization as well.
You (London HR) can apply for VISA only after legalisation of your educational documents. Actual VISA wont take long, your delay is most probably for the attested offer letter from Saudi HR.
