Can i request for the interview to be online should in case i am scheduled for face to face? I am neither in uk nor us. I didn’t get an option to interview online. But all travel was reimbursable to get to the interview location. Are you based in UK or Europe? |

Hi, Just curious on salary negotiations. I recieve a monthly salary. However, other benefits/allowances at different points per year will be equal or even more than my annual salary. Allowance for security, car mtce, fueling, family support, and an opportunity to buy discounted company shares. Now, when they request for 2 pay stubs, these details will certainly not be captured. How then is this 'base', 'overbase', and monthly 20% supplement calculated? Are there usually allowances in the offer, including share options? Thanks for any response pls. Please my status changed to "Congratulations! your application has been forwarded" since August, but i have not heard from them. Do i still have hope? the next steps are, it will be changed to " your application is forwarded to hiring organization" and then " you have been selected for an interview" or " not selected" or " not translated in english" which also means not selected one of my application went through all the steps above and finally " not tranlated ------", i came to know as i got the email that i am not selected for that position |

I didn’t get an option to interview online. But all travel was reimbursable to get to the interview location. So they declined the option of online interview when you asked them? There was no online interview option given to me, just face to face. |

As soon as I applied a position, it says congratulations your application has been forwarded. It does not make sense. Do you have any idea or same situation?

It means that your application has been forwarded to the hiring department. There is no typical length of time that you stay at this status, it could be weeks or it could be months before your status changes or you receive feedback. |

Well after a week of preparing for the second interview, Aramco had technical difficulties with the HireVue system :/
So now waiting to it to be rescheduled I guess...

I am new to the forum.
Got an email from the HR recruiter that she received great feedback from the interviewers and then requested for payslips. Since then radio silence, interview was in October.
Nothing about offer recommendation and forms were filled before my interview.
Anyone with a similar experience.

I have the same situation like you. the recruiter said that the offer recommendation will take about 6-8 weeks due to need approval from Aramco in KSA.

Just curious. How soon after an interview do you receive some feedback from HR if they are interested in giving an offer? Is it very quick or takes weeks, months?

I received positive feedback within a week, as in yes your interview went well and some great notes from the interview team. But from that, to offer on the table it was 4-5 months |
