oo,
I have been offered a role in the Corporate HQ, my wife is a physician and should we accept the offer she would be keen to continue working in Saudi, hopefullt the Aramco Hospital if it is a good workplace.
Grateful for your insight on whether there are precedents of couples (legally husband and wife!) working for Aramco, and whether this has any implications going foward (Visas, sequence of obtaining residency/work permit equivalent/compensation etc..).
Thank you!

Dependent can work and you need to show Aramco HR her offer letter so they approve. They check to see you don't double up on living allowance and annual leave.

Couples can both work in Aramco. Man is fulltime and wife is casual. Casual means no doubling up on living allowance and annual leave benefits

Thanks for your reply, do you mean by Annual leave benefits the travel allowance? is there any other element to it? I suppose the wife would still get typical time-off allowances?
thanks
