Hi, I am waiting the offer letter from Aramco. I would like to have some feedback on the holidays. Does Aramco allow to exit KSA for short breaks? Is it possible to split the annual vacation? Thanks everyone

Yes you can break out of kingdom. You must take at least 14 days (plus your travel days) out of Kingdom each year. Travel days will be 1 or 2 each way depending on country of origin.
The balance left on your vacation allowance after that is yours to use as you wish (with the approval of your supervisor). You can "carry over" up to 14 days per year without an issue - any more than that requires approval of the Division Head.
Many employees tend to time their vacation with Ramadan and Eidh vacation to gain a few extra days.
Finally, you may find that your Supervisor is reluctant to allow any vacation until you have completed your "trial period" - 3 months when I joined.

Thanks! That was my only concern... Now I just have to wait for the written offer and I hope that COVID will not stop again my recruitment!

Its not so much what Aramco allows as what your department and supervisor will approve. For many Aramcons getting to use their vacation days whenever and however they want can be a bit of sore spot and battle with your supervisor and department. You certainly don't have to take all your days in one chunk. I've been able to take two or three holiday periods a year with a few days here and there for long weekends. I've also been able to shift some vacations around due to changing travel plans and Covid restrictions.
But beware certain periods of there you may be vying for trying to get the same time off as your co-workers. It's tempting to think you will just bridge your vacations with the long Eid holidays but you might find that doesn't always work out. The middle of the summer and Christmas are very popular times to travel so expect you may need to negotiate for one or the other for the year.
