I'm up......... my survivor information and have been unable to locate a current telephone number, e-mail or web addresses that has or can provide my personal survivor information. The information I have directs me to a contractor who deals with death notices but can't provide the information I need on my survivor's monthly income benefits based on my last base pay. I'd appreciate anyone who has this contact information to post it here and also to send it to me directly at martin.macintyre@juno.com Thanks
