I just had a call where the Aramco recruiter has asked me to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from my current employer.
I work in KSA already but as per the new law I no longer need permission from my sponsor to change employers so I explained that an NOC is no longer required. He mentioned that it may not be possible for them to make the offer without the NOC but I asked him to check again as this should no longer be necessary.
Has anyone faced a similar issue?
