Does anyone know if it’s possible to find a maid for laundry ironing and cleaning a few times a week in Dhahran compound. Not looking for a live in maid.
Secondly is laundry subsidised or at full commercial rates

Laundry is dirt cheap compared to western rates - not sure the on camp prices these days, but I use a local one in RT for work shirts and pants. 3 SAR per item.
As to a maid - may be possible to find one for a few hrs per week "unofficially" once you get here. The official route is to hire a house boy thru Thabit - a few years ago security clamped down on workers carrying out work that was not their official work for their sponsor. This is a violation of their visa / Iqama conditions.
