It appears that there is no way to bring or ship electrical scooter to KSA; but I saw some kids were using it. How did they bring it to the country?

People often bring electric scooters to Saudi Arabia by buying them from local sellers who have imported them, bringing them in parts to assemble locally, or having friends or family bring them from abroad. It's a bit of a gray area, but those are the usual ways people manage it.
