o I am wondering if there are provisions for children with learning difficulties in Abqaiq? where they have access to speech and occupational Therapist. thinking of the best decision for my 12 year old daughter.

I've moved your post here where it might get seen by the right people.
I dont know the school in Abqaiq, but in general KSA doesnt deal well with special educational needs and therapies. I would suggest discussing your daughters needs in depth with the school and convince yourselves of the suitability before moving her from your current location.
