hi there,
For those coming to work for Saudi Aramco on a family visa, would it be possible that a wife has a full time job? She may continue working for a UK company but would be employed via a local PEO (professional employment organization), so would technically be under the KSA law. Would Aramco permit such an arrangement? she will likely have less holidays but that isn't an issue

you better ask HR or check HR manual for UK citizens. The problem is whether she can still be claimed as a dependent and live inside the camp. Also, can you still claim the repatriation money for her? Let me know when you find out. I am very interested.

She will stay a dependent and will be able to work. A lot of wives here work in schools, etc.

working at school is treated as an Aramco employee, I believe; so it is a different situation.

Have you worked out this issue? Do you have to get Aramco approval?
