You are welcome Maxi,
I think the meaning of this Status is that they have more interviews to conduct for the position before make a decision.

Thank you for this Sam. This makes sense. Were you interviewed for an engineering role or you work in any non-engineering field? Also, I was under the impression that they go to the next stage of security checks usually quickly if you go well in the interview. My interview was reasonable but if you interview went well, then perhaps they just interview all candidates regardless to find the best one.

I tried to send you a PM without success. for more details you can send me an email Thank you for the effort Sam. I also tried to send you a message after reading your above message but I don't know if you received them. There is something wrong perhaps with the forum or probably some restrictions in our accounts. Otherwise, please feel free to send me email on my email ID, maxieagleuetian@gmail.com Thanks a lot for your help and communicating here.

Job Status: Interviewing with Aramco

maxi, please let me know if anything has changed since you last had that status update. We are at the same stage. My application status reads - "Thanks for your effort so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process". I don't want to start bugging my recruiter with follow-up emails just yet. I understand that patience is key in a recruitment process with Aramco, with all that I have read so far.

I think its important to share with everyone the application updates I noticed on my profile:
1. Application Received 2. Congratulations! your application has been forwarded 3. Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded to the Hiring Organization 4. Congratulations! You have been selected for an interview 5. Congratulations! You have been scheduled for a live interview 6. Thanks for your efforts so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process
Really can't read any meaning to the 6th stage, but I will remain positive. Stage 1 to 2 took about a month. The rest had one and two weeks timelines between each stage.

Can you please share that when was your status changed as per your comment above. Is it more than two weeks? And did your status change on the same day when you had your interview or it changed after few days of your interview?

I checked a day after my interview and saw this update. I am guessing that regardless of your interview outcome/performance, this is the automatic update every candidate will see. We can only keep guessing what that update could possibly mean, except more people come here and share their experience. Wishing all of us the very best

It looks like that they respond after two weeks. In my case its been a month and didn't hear anything back from them. Would greatly appreciate if you can share any outcome in coming days if you hear anything from Aramco.

Hi there, I am new to this forum and found it really helpful. I was interviewed in the first week of Feb 2022, but since then i have not got any feedback. Since it was through a recruiter based in UK, I am unable to see any updates online. Has anybody being interviewed in Feb 2022 got to hear back from Aramco?

Hi njg, I was interviewed in the same period, the status has been changed after two weeks from the interview to " Thank you so far .... The recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process". I don't know what does this mean exactly. Try to send email to the recruiter asking about feedback.

Unfortunately the entire process is somewhat mysterious in how long it takes and everyone's experience is unique to them. The waiting game is part of the experience no matter how far you make it through the process, and it doesn't stop when you arrive in kingdom! Someone in the hiring team may be on leave or assignment and that can add several weeks delay to the process. Ramadan is just around the corner so don't worry if don't hear anything by the end of March, it may be May before you hear back. I have heard so may different stories from Aramcon's about the hiring timeline that varies from an unusual record of 3 months, to 1 1/2 years. As we all say, it takes what it takes and if you make it all the way through the process be thankful. If you don't make it through the first time, don't give up. I went through the process twice before joining Aramco.

Hi Sam, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the recruiting consultant is clueless as well. As per him, he does not have access to the hiring team and the HR team has not heard back from the hiring team to provide a feedback. Wondering if the hiring team takes such long time to provide feedback to the HR team! Hamm..fingers crossed, but thinking at what point I should stop thinking about the opportunity!!
