Hi, I went through the interview also in February. The offer came sometime at beginning of June. I am also going through the recruitment office in London, however, I am based in Austria. Currently, the background check is ongoing (I expect it to take another week or so). Once that is completed, the agent will apply for the visa and once the medical and visa are done you can finally resign. Due to Covid, the whole process is quite long nowadays, but I expect to be flying sometime in November (I have 3 months notice period with the employer). Good luck. Your time period isn't that different from pre-covid. In 2019 I applied in April and got on a plane December 1st. There can be a mulude of delays along the way. The company asked for visas in blocks on a quarterly basis, not individually which can add a delay of several months. Good luck to everyone, there is a strong push for Saudization so expat hiring will be few and far between.

Hi, I just received a verbal offer. How long does it take from verbal offer(stage 4,5) to the written offer(stage 6)?

Here is my time line for a corporate office role.
I applied in March.
May 24: invited for interview by an Aramco recruiter May 27: online live interview on HireVue with a panel June 2: I was informed by email by the recruiter that they want to take the process forward and was asked to submit payslips June 7: I provided all my payslips June 15: On following up, the recruiter told me that their role in the process is complete and that I will be contacted by another recruiter 'maybe in a month+ time' by email or phone.
I am still waiting to hear back.
I can't see my application anywhere on the Aramco online sites so can't track the stage eventhough I'm sure that I applied on an online site (when I login there is no application although I can see an older application for a different role) .
I am from the UK but I already work and live in Saudi Arabia so hopefully the remaining process would be smooth if and when a offer comes.

Taken from previous page of the post.
The application stages are 1- Applied 2- HireVue recorded interview 3- hireVue panel live video interview 4- verbal intent to offer 5- you submit salary slips 6- written conditional offer 7- background checks 8- visa medical 9- you receive your visa block by email 10- finally you are asked to officially resign from your current job if any 11- now you are allocated housing 12- visa stamped in your passport 13- flights booked 14- iqama medical in Saudi a week after you land 15- 6 month probation
Mine is still on stage 4 online, but just completed my visa medical this week, so unsure how up to date the stages are kept

There are some key stages between 14 and 15 Get Saudi Sim Card and mobile account, a smart phone with a local number is a necessity Get Tawakalna app on phone. Apply for Saudi Council of Engineers (most expat jobs require this even if not an engineer) Apply for Iqama Register your national address (go to the post office) Open a bank account Apply for Iqamas for dependents (you cannot apply for dependent iqamas prior to you obtaining iqama and bank account for employee previous steps) Apply for Saudi Drivers license
Don't be surprised or overly frustrated if each of these steps takes multiple attempts and you have communication challenges along the way. Don't hesitate to ask co-workers for help, especially those that are the most recent arrivals as all these steps change over time. I'm sure in the two years I've been here especially post Covid there are additional steps and challenges. You're not going to arrive and be fully up and running in a week, or a month. I'd say the 6 month probation is just as much an adjustment for the employee as a probationary period.

Where do you guys see those stages? I applied thru the Aramco website and now I can only see “Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded.”. Is there another system to check the application status?

I only have a partial response to this original question plus a question where I am hoping someone can help me as well. In my case for one of the jobs I applied for at Aramco, I had following steps and statements against my application in Aramco's online application system;
1. Application submitted 2. Congratulations! Your application has been forwarded. 3. Congratulations! You have shortlisted for the interview. 4. Thank you for your interest so far. Your recruiter will connect to you when we can continue the process. 5. ........
So, I am at step 4 above as appeared on my online application form on Aramco's job portal. I don't know what this statement in step 4 really means. Is it that I now have to wait until all other interviews for the same position are completed by the interviewers or I am just a second or third priority candidate and therefore, may or may not get selected for this job. Is it normal to receive this statement on your job application after your interview? Can someone please share his/her experiences? I am quite keen to join Aramco but don't know if this statement is good thing or bad thing in your status update. I received this statement on the same day I had my interview. Very much appreciate your help with this.

Many thanks for sharing this Sam. If you don't mind, can you please share that for what position you were interviewed? Also, would you have any idea how Aramco proceeds from this step 4 forward? I think this application status update in success factor is a new system they are following so probably not many people know about this. But this forum might be a good platform to share the details if anyone knows about this step. Appreciate your help Sam and any further details you can share regarding this step 4. I am quite keen to join Aramco but just getting a bit nervous as I am unclear about this step and its meaning. Thanks a lot.
