Hi all. I am currently going through the recruitment process for a secretarial role in Dhahran. I was curious if anyone else is currently going through the process who could give me an idea of their timeline thus far? TIA x

Hi, yes I'm also going through the same first round of the process (had interview and completed the typing test) and seem to be on the same timeline as both of you. Hopefully we'll hear more during the coming month. All the best

Hi both 😊 I'm attending my Visa Medical in London tomorrow and they have mentioned relocation date will probably be end of July/mid-August. Starting to feel real now, yikes! Has there been any updates for you both? Hopefully we can keep in touch going forward?

Hiya, that's great! I've accepted the offer which I received this week, so I understand they're going to kick off the background checks, schedule the medical, etc. How exciting to have a draft relocation date. Yes, that would be great to keep in touch

I applied for a position prior to COVID breakout and got as far as visa medical stage then aramco retracted the offer.
I then applied all over again and just completed my panel interview 2 weeks ago and awaiting feedback.

I’ve now had an initial call with the relocation agent in London and understand my background checks are taking place. I’m yet to hear of a potential timetable for relocation but the process is underway  . I’m currently based in the south east of the UK. |

My background checks took 3 months but timeline varies depending on your jobs and education. if they are overseas then it will take longer

Glad to hear things are progressing. My recruitment journey began 28th March. My passport is being sent to the embassy today and am hoping to receive my relocation date by the end of this week/beginning of next 😊 I will keep you posted. Best of luck...shouldn't take too long now 🤞
