Nursery and domestic help

There were a couple of questions back in 2019 but they did not receive any responses so I'd ask again.

I wonder if Dhahran camp has a nursery provision for kids prior to the school age?

Also, is there an option of finding someone for domestic help (such as cleaning) when living in Aramco-providing housing in Dhahran?
