Hi guys - I received a offer to work with admin tasks. I have read reviews from current/former employees where they state a detrimental working environment where bullying/harassment for expats by management and peers is the "normal" (along with the lines of how quickly positions are being replaced by locals). Is this really what happens for most expats? Thanks for your feedback.

I read something like that as well but it did not happen to me. As an expat, you are on a different track from the locals. There is no such thing about compeion.

I’ve never seen or heard of that sort of thing in the company.

That doesn't match my experience at all. I find Saudi's to be warm people and I have had no issues with my management. I have never seen any abusive treatment of anyone at work or in public in the year and half I have been here.
That said, yes administration positions are generally held by Saudis and the companies goal is for the entire workforce to be Saudi.
