Dillema

In my opinion, until the contract is signed both the employer and candidate us free to “move out” of the recruitment process. (An obvious statement, I know but given the lengthy recruitment process the situation can change on both sides.

I would suggest do what’s best for you, as at the end that’s what matters. Also most recruitment support officers are fairly open to discussion so maybe worth having a chat with one and find out how far your application through in the process and also if it would affect future opportunities should you wish to leave at the moment.
