o
I have a 10th grader and a 8th grader, I am wondering about school options.
1. High availability in the local areas- how do these rank to US or Canadian schools? How large are the classes for n the local schools? 2. What boarding schools are popular for Aramco kids? 3. Timelines on when we should be looking at admissions?
Also with the covid 19 issues, are expats still arriving in Kingdom or is this delayed?
Thank you so much,

1: US high school probably means DHS if you are staying in Kingdom. They offer an Americuan high school and an IB track. I dont know how the US side compares, but for us, the British side offered smaller classes than UK government schooling, and similar size to UK fee paying schools. There are also 2 schools offering Alevels - ie following English curriculums.
2. No idea. Most of the people I know with borders go for a school close to extended family for ease.
3. Get an offer first, and probably an iqama for the employee, to be taken seriously. The schools are pretty good at filling spaces as they appear (took 10 days from getting a phone call offering testing to starting school - but we were already in kingdom).
There are currently no flights into or out of KSA, so I would assume no new starters until the borders open again, but that is guesswork, not knowledge,
