Hi Everyone,
Greg here. I had an interview with SA and was told that I will be on Global G pay scale if I am hired. Can some one elaborate about the job grades in SA? I am on the 22 years experience mark and now working for an independent oil company in Houston. What level I should expect from SA?
Also, are they going to match my base salary?

Everyone is unique in the skill set they bring, and how in demand they are for the company not to mention where you are at in your current pay. I took a cut in base pay, but when I factored everything out in terms of benefits, take home pay and reasonable expectations for the future, it made sense for me. Your situation is unique to you, and if you get an offer it might be good for you, or it might not be worth it.

Time between applying and an interview also depends. It could be a week, it could be several months. With travel restrictions in place, they won't be flying interview teams out for face to face interviews anytime soon.
