London interview

I am in contact with an Aramco recruiter in London about a clastic sedimentologist-petrology focus position.

He advised has forwarded my CV along with other outstanding CVs to the department. Although he doesn't have an official response from the department yet, he kept a time slot for me in early March for an interview in London, cause I will be there these days.

I was wondered if it is normal to take so long to confirm an interview date. Also, in this interview there will be people from the department. I was wondering what to expect, what kind of questions they ask, what might impress them...?
