I heard that the standard mandatory retirement is increasing from 60 to 65. Is this true?

Its news to me if this is the case, as currently Aramco are being pretty strict with the "retire at 60" rules.
There are a few who manage to stay on beyond 60, but it requires approval from some very senior management.

Ok, I agree unlikely. I have a friend that was recently hired into Aramco and he thought ASC had said Aramco was increasing to 65 but prob misunderstood.

It is still 60 though there is talk of the Kingdom raising the age to 65. 1 year employment extensions can be granted on a case by case basis.
