Hi All,
I just had a Face to Face interview 2 weeks ago and just I would like to have some information from you what is the most likely waiting time to get initial offer or sign that Aramco intended to proceed further my application. Is there any figure if somebody reached F2F interview stage what is the likelihood to be hired/get an offer.Honestly when I went for interview I was shocked because I thought it will be a big interview conference with 20-50 candidates, but instead of this there was around 5-7 people (in my position only myself) as I saw well.
Thank you very much your kind info.
BS:no news is good news or hope dies last

My two experiences. First ftf February 2016 a couple days after the interview I was told I hadn't been recommended for a position. Second ftf April 2019, about 2 weeks later I was told I'd been recommended for an offer.
There are a whole host of factors that play into why a employer will take time letting you know if and when they will be making you an offer. I'd say Aramco is better than other major oil companies in communicating with prospective employees. No news is good news, but it still might be some time before you hear anything.

Be patient as it can in fact take months for a variety of reasons. Having said that, the fact you had a face to face with several people is definitely great news! Instead of emailing the recruiters frequently sometimes it's good to just give them a call, as there can be insight given off the record. Hope this helps!
