I'm in the Dhahran camp..
Has anyone had experience in purchasing a Moped?
I'm guessing you don't need a motorcycle licence just a normal Saudi drivers licence and you can't or shouldn't drive them off camp?
Where have people purchase them from in Dhahran/Kobar?
