o all .. This is an excellent forum and I learned many things .. great work! My question: I was told by a current Aramco employee that regardless of your experience you will have to start at GC12 as everybody does! I have 15 years of experience in aviation .. and I applied for engr iii post online .. while not knowing if this is my level or not .. they called for an interview in the coming weeks ... although the post says not less 8 years of exp .. but I thought this is just the minimum and you can get the grade your exp qualify you for. So is it true that all start at lower level?? Do I need to bring this up in the interview? Another person told me that GC12 is the lowest grade for engineers and you will be looked down at ... and I shouldn’t be considering it! From the many threads I read here .. it seems this isn’t true .. and the majority are in GC12 with 15+ years of experience, right? Honestly I don’t mind the grade if the pay is good .. can someone PM the avee monthly salary for GC12? Thanks!
Also anyone from aircraft maintenance engineering here?? I didn’t see any question or posts from aviation... where do aviation engineers work? The airport?

Hi everyone. I would really appreciate if someone shares the interview experience with me. i.e. How did the interview happen? How long did it take to hear from HR about the result of the interview? and etc. I am asking this question because I have been interviewed in Aramco's London office in January 2019 and since then haven't heard any positive or negative feedback from them. Is this normal? And also, does ''not saying anything'' mean that I haven't been selected for the position? Normally, bigger companies provide the result of the interview even if it is negative.
Thanks and Best Regards
