Recently I got an offer From Saudi Aramco for Jazan Refinery. They offered me grade GC11. Kindly someone elaborate the experience requirements for different grades offered by Saudi Aramco.

Perhaps you could start by telling us what position you were offered.
GC11 is the lowest of the "Senior" positions and gives you access to all of the company facilities / compounds as well as slightly better terms and conditions than GC10.
The other thing to remember is that there can be an overlap between the salary bands. So as GC11 you could in theory be earning more than a GC12 doing the same job.

Thank you Bluestaff for response. Actually they offered me GC11 grade for an engineer post. Is there any salary range for each grade as well?

GC11 would be the lowest grade for engineer - corresponding to "Engineer IV', generally rising to GC14 or "Engineer I" with each grade. GC15 and above that your are looking at specialist and consulting roles.
Salary range would be between you and your recruiter, and depend upon several things such as your country of origin, which payroll, years of experience and highest qualification. How badly Aramco want you for the position will affect the offer, as will your current salary. Ultimately only you can decide if the offer is good enough.
There are overlapping pay scales, so you could be on a lower grade but earning more than someone on the next grade.
Promotion is possible between grades, but any promotion would generally be 4-5 years between grades, all dependant on personal performance, your department and management. 2-3 years is possible, but that is unusual.
There are some old threads on the forums explaining in more detail.

How much increment in a salary jumping from GC to another? is it 5%? I have no idea what the % increase between grades is other than the fact that there can be an overlap between grades.
