o, If I initially accept a job offer with Aramco while I am single (not married) and get married in couple of years while still employed, would they give me the option to change my status to family? Would my future spouse and kids be eligible for all benefits as mine (accommodation, flight ticket, health insurance)? or these benefits are only given to family members if you have family at the initial time of accepting a job offer? Please advise. Thanks

Yes, you can always change your status to family, or even from family to bachelor or single. As future dependents, good question ... haven't thought about it so not sure. Anyone else know?

Yeah I am not sure either! Please let me know if you find out what could possibly happen in this situation. From my understanding, coming as a single, your pay won't be as high as coming as on a family status. Do you know if the pay change (become higher) with changing the status from single to family? Thanks

Well, guys on family status have additional children, who then are accounted for in terms of additional bedrooms, schooling etc. So I'd be surprised if the first child was any different.
Agree with star boy on salary - its the allowances that make the difference, salary based on experience (and cost of living in country of origin.)
