Hi Guys, I am from the Netherlands and have been interviewed for a position at the Legal Department in Dhahran. I have had three phone and skype interviews and they have decided to make me an offer, which is currently pending. Can anyone please inform me when they will fly me in to meet face to face? I will not accept any offer before I have seen the office and met my colleagues and of course where I am going to live. Can anyone share what the offer will roughly be? Thanks! For someone who's been made a conditional offer, especially from legal, you seem pretty rigid about not accepting until you've seen the office, colleagues and where you'll live. Even if you wanted to come on your own, good luck getting a visa. That's not gonna happen. Finally if you did somehow get a visa, do you think you can just waltz into offices and residential areas? Aramco HQ is not open to the general public, another reason why the background check is so thorough. The answer to all of the above is obviously no, strictly for security reasons. Are you aware of what happened in 2012? It's public knowledge and available online, for the sake of our organization's reputation I won't mention it, however, everyone knows. You need to read up and then you'll understand why access and security is taken very seriously here, and at all Aramco facilities. There are different levels and checks for security all over. Furthermore, there are certain buildings and areas that are off limits, depending on grade code, access level and even gender. Frankly speaking, that's not the best atude to have considering you've come so far in the process. You might want to either keep more of an open mind or rescind your offer.

I had my interview yesterday, Was relaxed environment, cut to straight. I am 50 50 about the outcome as they were more focused on M&D and i have limited experience on that side. Some tips are: 1) be focused on MEAT 2) be prepared to answer technical questions There will be 2 managers and they both are pleasant. Be yourself and good luck.

Great answer from Starboy there. I agree with all of that. Bear in mind - the fact that they indicated that they have decided to make you an offer does not mean that one will automatically materialize in a timely fashion or at all.... I doubt you will get a chance to come to the office for the reasons outlined by Starboy. If you requested this, I would expect you to be labelled "high maintenance". If you are certain that you will not accept an offer before meeting your colleagues and where you are going to live then you will almost certainly be looking elsewhere for a role. Your offer will be compeive compared to the salary information and substantiation that you provide assuming that the business is keen to have you on board. You will have to determine for yourself whether this offer is worthwhile and if not how much you would like to negotiate. Where you will live is determined by availability at the time and your grade code. If you mean more generally the area where you will be based then I presume Dhahran and I feel that the facilities are excellent if you are willing to make the effort to use what is there. Best of luck with your decision.

Hi Guys,
I have an interview in London on 14th of March. I am very excited about this interview because my last one was 13 years ago:) They call me for power systems department, no more detail. If somebody can give me some more clue about the interview questions? Did they ask anything other than technical? Thanks for your helps in advance.
Regards

Hey John, I also had my Interview on the 6th in Houston, and like your experience it was a relaxed environment and they made me feel calm and at ease. For me they focused on my experience in the power generation field and said that I can be offered any of a number of vacant roles. Fingers crossed

Mxromen, Sorry for using slang. My experience is that they are focused on technical discussiin only, related to j9b you applied for. So, be specifoc in linking your experience with job description. Hope that helps, and let us know how was ur interview experience. KJ

Dear All Interview was great, and they focus on only MEAT. (Definition of MEAT is written above ) ) The interviewers technical knowledge is good and they are trying to understand what position is best for you. They are not trying to trap you. They told me that, they may offer too many different positions. Fingers crossed as written above and waiting )

Hi everyone. I would really appreciate if someone shares the interview experience with me. i.e. How did the interview happen? How long did it take to hear from HR about the result of the interview? and etc. I am asking this question because I have been interviewed in Aramco's London office in January 2019 and since then haven't heard any positive or negative feedback from them. Is this normal? And also, does ''not saying anything'' mean that I haven't been selected for the position? Normally, bigger companies provide the result of the interview even if it is negative.
Thanks and Best Regards

Thanks and Best Regards Dear Jamo; My interview was all about technical stuff. It took nearly an hour. It was 10 days ago, and heard nothing from HR yet. But I think this is normal. Maybe it would be better to ask to you HR representative about you situation. Also May I ask, for which position did they perform the interview? Regards.
