Hey,
I was reading a lot of threads on this site but couldnt find exact information on how long usually it takes from resume submission to get a call for interview,if they think you are suitable.

Hi Canadian
There is a good reason for the above and that is that there is no one answer for this. It could be that you are head hunted without submitting a resume at all; it could be you submit and you are exactly what is being looked for and get called within a couple of days; it could be that you are applying for something which you are one of a number of people they are looking at and it could take many weeks for someone to contact you; or it could be that they like the look of you but not for the role you have applied and you could get a call many months later.
Or none of the above!
If you haven't heard anything carry on with what you are doing and be patient. It is a key skill in working in the Middle East.
Best of luck.

Just wondering if Canadians are getting interviewed and hired since the start of the diplomatic conflict between Canada and Saudi Arabia. Thanks

Recently joined and there didn't happen to be any Canadians who joined at the same time but that doesn't mean that there aren't any. I doubt the current situation(s) helps much with a Canadian application but whether it hinders is anyone's guess. What I imagine is the case is if there is an opening and you are the right person for the role then you will get it. Sorry not to have any more concrete answer but I doubt you will get one from anyone.

Hi everyone. I would really appreciate if someone shares the interview experience with me. i.e. How did the interview happen? How long did it take to hear from HR about the result of the interview? and etc. I am asking this question because I have been interviewed in Aramco's London office in January 2019 and since then haven't heard any positive or negative feedback from them. Is this normal? And also, does ''not saying anything'' mean that I haven't been selected for the position? Normally, bigger companies provide the result of the interview even if it is negative.
Thanks and Best Regards

I was contacted directly a few weeks ago about a role and requested to share my resume and would be contacted. Yet to be contacted so I agree patience is the answer as indicated above.

If you call your recruiter VS emailing they might be able to give some feedback.
