In 2013 i got a job offer which i rejected quite late in the process, i remember my back ground investigation was complete and i got my visa block as well when i rejected the offer. The reason was that although i was being hired from EU, still i was placed on Asian pay roll, actually i had no clue about the fact that Aramco has different pay rolls based on nationality. I learned that quite late in the process when a friend of mine with EU nationality got the offer and it was substantially higher for the same role and job grade. I tried to negotiate but did not work out and i refused. Now i have got my Dutch passport and i have started applying but i am not getting any response at all for the last one year although my profile is more strong now with EU experience and the jobs i have applied match perfectly with my experience, I am wondering because i rejected the offer in the past and also so late in the process, may be that is the reason they are not considering my applications, does Aramco has a black list of candidates ?
Any thoughts on that, are there any other candidates who are in similar situation ?
