I have received a job offer from someone from hr, pased the online interview, signed the contract, and then he asked me to contact a immigration lawyer to consult and to pay all the fees for a visa and a working permit. Is that common or am i being scammed? Thank you

Hi everyone. I would really appreciate if someone shares the interview experience with me. i.e. How did the interview happen? How long did it take to hear from HR about the result of the interview? and etc. I am asking this question because I have been interviewed in Aramco's London office in January 2019 and since then haven't heard any positive or negative feedback from them. Is this normal? And also, does ''not saying anything'' mean that I haven't been selected for the position? Normally, bigger companies provide the result of the interview even if it is negative.
Thanks and Best Regards
