Hi,
I'm slated to arrive in Dharan in mid-December. In reading through the forums and doing my research I've come across mixed results. I'm a single American man in my early 40's and am wondering if there are opportunities to date in KSA (especially given the no intermingling of the es etc.)?

You will be living on a massive compound (I assume), where the segation rules don't apply.
I know several people (none aramcons, as we don't have Aramco Accomadation) who have met, and are ......... people out here. I also know of a wedding.
I have never been asked to prove I'm with my husband (tho I guess since we have the kids with us mainly, it is more likely we are married!)
I suspect it is easier with another Expat rather than a local lady.

This is not the place to meet and date! Save that for Bahrain... Lol. It can get very complicated and messy if you try within KSA and especially at work. Completely frowned upon, and again, save that for Bahrain. |
