It's simple ... for your 6 month probation, show up on time, leave on time, be nice, and make friends.

like any place, work hard, keep ur supervisor in the loop and make sure you are assigned work. keep the administration stuff to low priority because these can always be done later. presentation skills are always important. maybe learn a bit of arabic as well. that helps a lot in the long run. i wud think it as a dog and pony show for the first 6 months. lol
