These subsidiaries follow the same pay scale / code for Aramco Saudi arabia Or Different and country specific ..

My understanding is that the pay packages for American expats in the Kingdom and the ones in Houston in ASC generally is similar in nature, with the primary exception being that the ones in the Kingdom of course get the expat premium (which can be sizable). Effectively, if you are a US expat in the Kingdom, they'll break out your pay between core base salary and expat premium to derive your monthly pay. And if you are in a comparable job at ASC in Houston at the same level, you would get a base salary that is comparable but wouldn't get the expat premium.
