Hi guys,
Even though I'm a Saudi and this forum is for expats, but it really helped me throughout the employment process and I thank each and every one of you. I'm a fresh graduate that soon will start working with Aramco in IT department.
I'm very nervous about this, I had a few months experience as a programmer but now I'm in a new totally different field.
Can you guys please suggest me the do's and don't's to get through the first few months ? In my last job I was asking a lot of questions, I used to write a paper full of questions every morning and I start asking and noting down the answers, and I felt the employees there started to get sick of me for some reason even though I try to observe if they are busy or not before asking and then start with "can you please help me understand X" or something like that.
